Agora89 (the “Service”) is operated by a European company registered in . You can reach us at .
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
- One person per account. You may not share your login with others.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, without refund for the current period.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
The Service offers a free tier, a monthly subscription, a time-limited pass, and promotional VIP access. Prices are shown on the pricing page in EUR and include applicable VAT where required.
- Monthly subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Two-week pass is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal.
- You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time from Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a renewal payment fails, we give you a grace period and notify you by email. After repeated failures your subscription ends and your tier drops to free.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. We do not store full card numbers.
5. Refunds and the 14-day withdrawal right
Under EU consumer law you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Because the Service provides immediate access on purchase, we ask you to consent at checkout to waive this right so we can deliver the Service right away. If you do not waive, we will delay access until the 14-day period has elapsed.

6. User content
You keep ownership of anything you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content (subject to short operational retention windows for backups).
You are responsible for what you post. You agree not to post content that:
- infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory;
- contains malware, scrapes the Service at scale, or circumvents access controls;
- sexualises minors, incites violence, or promotes terrorism.
We will remove content that violates these terms. For copyright notices, write to .
7. The marketplace
Vendors sell digital items directly to buyers. Agora89 acts as the technology platform; the contract of sale is between vendor and buyer. Vendors are responsible for the legality and description of their listings. Buyers are responsible for checking what they purchase. We do not guarantee any listing and are not a party to any dispute, though we may assist in resolution at our discretion.
8. AI assistant
Paid users can interact with an AI assistant backed by Anthropic Claude. Outputs are generated automatically and may be wrong. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, or financial decisions. Conversations may be stored to provide the feature and improve reliability.
9. Warranty and liability
We provide the Service “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) EUR 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to the Service or to these terms
We may change the Service or these terms. If changes are material we will notify you in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them. If you do not accept them, you can cancel and request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of a paid period.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can close your account for breach of these terms or for prolonged inactivity, with reasonable notice where practical.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of . Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of . If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
